Expect to have a perfect Fall day for the whole family, including a “Terror Train” that rides through the nursery’s Halloween decorations. The AgriCultural Museum in Boerne, Texas is hosting First United Methodist Church Boerne’s pumpkin patch, and it’s the perfect location to spend a fall day. Food trucks are available on the weekends, and a little hay maze for little frolickers who want to have an exciting adventure. October 21st – 23rd will include storytelling for the little ones as well, and proceeds and donations go toward the children and students of the church. Your holiday card picture backdrop is waiting for you in Boerne this year!

Did someone say pumpkin patch and petting zoo? Sign us up. Owl Creek Farms invites you to spend a fall day with them, and a few of their fuzzy friends. Come visit the volunteers, along with llamas, rabbits, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, donkeys, and more. If you enjoy the pumpkin patch but are looking for a bit of a spooky adventure, you can sign up for the Haunted Hike, a 30-minute hike with just yourself or ONE trusted friend, and a lone flashlight. Simply sign a waiver, and you’ve gone from pumpkin patch visitor to haunted hike survivor. Hike hours are from 8-10PM each night.

St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church and Preschool | 5310 Stahl Road

St. Margaret’s Episocopal Church and Preschool has been hosting their annual fundraising pumpkin patch for years, and for a good cause. The church and preschool have parent volunteers run the patch on the weekends, with proceeds benefiting the organization. You’re invited to join costumed children run around, picking the best future Jack-O-Lantern. Rumor has it that there’s delicious pumpkin bread for visitors as well. The patch is open on Fridays from noon to dusk, and on Saturday from 10 AM – dusk. Get your camera ready for the cutest fall pictures ever!
